Sigma Rho Fraternity Bathroom Renovation

This project entails a complete renovation of the Sigma Rho Fraternity’s bathroom facilities, including the sauna, bedrooms, and common areas. The scope covers selective demolition of existing finishes and MEP systems, reframing of modified walls, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough‑ins, installation of new fixtures, and full interior finish work. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all trades, managing waste removal, and delivering a fully functional, code‑compliant space. • Full demolition of flooring, drywall, studs, existing MEP equipment, vanities, and plumbing fixtures. • Installation of new plumbing fixtures, countertops, and complete MEP rough‑ins. • Re‑framing, drywall, insulation, and finish work throughout bathrooms, sauna, bedrooms, and common spaces. • Coordination of all trades, waste hauling, and final commissioning.
