The Washington State Patrol is seeking a vendor to provide a complete Kore belt system—including battle belts, holster mounts, MOLLE extenders, pouches, belt pads, and tourniquet holders—for its Rapid Deployment Team. Approximately 55 units will be purchased over a 60‑month period with no minimum quantity guaranteed, and each item must match the exact specifications listed in Exhibit B; any deviation will be deemed non‑responsive. Bids must be firm for 90 days, include required certifications, and meet Washington‑state small‑business, veteran‑owned, OMWBE, and PCB‑free preferences where applicable.
