Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply of Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Aluminum Bands for Bladen County Maintenance. The pipe will be used to replenish inventory for 2026/2027 RMIP pipe replacements in the county. The contract is for a one-time purchase, and the State reserves the right to make separate awards to different vendors for one or more line items.
Key aspects of the bid include:
* The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products.
* The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty within five consecutive calendar days after request from the agency.
* The vendor must complete Attachment D: HUB Supplemental Vendor Information and Attachment F: Location of Workers Utilized by Vendor.
* The vendor must provide at least three references for substantially similar items if requested by the State.
* The vendor must deliver the products Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the specified location within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order.
