Description
The Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting is seeking a contractor to repair the Power Supply Assembly, NSN:6130-01-504-0744 ZA. The contractor will be responsible for providing a firm fixed price for the repair of the item. The contract will be for a period of 120 days. The contractor must meet the qualification requirements specified in the solicitation. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation.
• The contractor must provide a system security plan that meets the requirements of NIST SP 800-171.
• The contractor must certify that it has made a good faith effort to determine whether forced or indentured child labor was used to mine, produce, or manufacture the end product.
