Description
The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is seeking qualified vendors to provide “Cables To Go” and to execute a complete turnkey upgrade of the CARES B Conference Room audio‑visual system. The effort includes removal of legacy equipment, integration of existing government‑furnished and owner‑furnished items, and installation of new AV components (HD PTZ cameras, wireless microphone systems, Crestron control platform, Biamp DSP, network switch, equipment rack, cabling, and related hardware). The contractor must program and commission the system, ensure Microsoft Teams integration, and provide qualified personnel with manufacturer‑level expertise. Responses are requested for market research; a formal solicitation may follow.
• Provide listed “Cables To Go” items (various part numbers, quantities)
• Remove legacy AV equipment and install new hardware
• Integrate existing VA‑furnished displays, speakers, and control modules
• Install two PTZ cameras, wireless mic systems, ceiling‑array mics, DSP, amplifiers, and a 24‑port PoE+ switch
• Deploy Crestron PRO4 processor with 7‑inch touchscreen control interface
• Install a 35‑U rack with power, cooling, and cable management
• Program, test, and commission the system for hybrid Microsoft Teams conferencing
• Demonstrate compliance with VA security, IT, and Buy‑American requirements
