Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking bids for a term contract to provide guardrail and attenuator parts, cable rail parts, and tensioning equipment. The contract will be for a period of approximately 6 months, from the date of execution to June 30, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods and services at the prices and terms quoted or provided. The contract is reserved exclusively for bidders certified by the State of Ohio as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
• The scope of work includes providing pre-approved products as listed on the Office of Roadway Engineering’s website for the purchase of guardrail end treatments, impact attenuators, sand barrels, and their associated repair parts.
• The bidder must submit a bid response that includes all required information, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
• The bidder must also provide descriptive literature, product specifications, and other documentation to support their bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
