Fire Station #24 Restroom Renovations

The City of Richmond is seeking bids for general contracting services for the Fire Station #24 Restroom Renovation project. The project includes minor demolition, plumbing, electrical, mechanical (HVAC), flooring, and other specialties needed to complete the project. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing restroom facilities and constructing new single occupancy gender-neutral bathrooms. The project will be performed at Fire Station #24 located at 7400 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, VA 23225. The period of performance for the project shall be 230 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed. • The contractor must submit a list of key personnel that will be assigned to the project. • The contractor must provide a site safety plan and company safety plan to the project manager. • The contractor must submit a list of emergency contact numbers to the project manager. • The contractor must report any accidents or incidents to the project manager. • The contractor must provide a summary project plan and schedule to achieve substantial and final completion dates. • The contractor must submit a copy of a detailed Table of Contents of the Contractor Safety Program/Plan used on a similar construction project.
