Description
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is giving notice to supplement contract I-18-4700 with Jacobs Engineering, Inc. for Design Corridor Management (DCM) services for the Elgin O'Hare Western Access (EOWA) corridor. The scope of work includes coordination and management of design contracts, land acquisition coordination, survey, environmental permitting, tolling implementation coordination, utility coordination, specialized aviation engineering services, design phase agency coordination with local, State and Federal partners, Federal Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Major Projects documentation, budget and funding coordination, document control, and tracking of cost and schedules. The contract is being amended to continue providing design corridor management services.
• The original contract was solicited on PSB 18-4 on Illinois Procurement Bulletin number 22043022 and approved by the Tollway Board on April 18, 2019 via Board Resolution number 21788 for $29,500,000.00.
• A first supplement was approved on May 25, 2023 to increase the contract by $6,500,000.00 for a revised contract amount of $36,000,000.00.
• This second supplement increases the contract by $4,417,000.00, resulting in a total contract authorization of $40,417,200.00.
