Request for Proposals for Administrative & Related Grant Services

The City of Cairo is seeking a consultant to provide grant writing and administration services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project aims to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. The consultant should have experience in CDBG programs and be able to provide grant administration and related services, including preparation of the grant application, environmental review record, and draw/disbursement requests. The consultant will also be required to assist with financial administration, public hearings, and acquisition following the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA).
