Description
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of Carlson 2027 Software and associated maintenance to support survey, engineering, and right-of-way production activities within the Plats and Surveys Division. The software must be fully compatible with SHA's current Carlson software licenses and workflows. The scope of supply includes annual maintenance for existing Carlson software licenses, support for Carlson Civil Suite, Survey, GIS, and related modules, and maintenance for network licensing components currently in use.
• The vendor must be an authorized reseller or distributor of Carlson Software.
• The vendor must provide products that are fully supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• The vendor must ensure that all licensing and maintenance provided is valid, current, and recognized by Carlson Software.
• The vendor must submit pricing using the provided bid form and include all shipping, handling, and delivery costs.
• The vendor must deliver all items within 5 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order.
