Description
The solicitation is for the repair of a commercial item for the P8 Aircraft system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts and materials, and for performing the repairs in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract. The evaluation will consider past performance as more important than price. The contractor must provide firm fixed prices for any quote submittal, and tiered pricing will not be accepted or evaluated. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, results in the best value to the Government.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their current catalog or established price list.
• The contractor must provide pricing information on the most recent sale for the item or a similar item.
• The contractor must advise the Government buyer if they are in possession of any other Government or commercial solicitation or recent contract for any of the items being procured.
• The contractor must provide information on their past performance, including any relevant experience with similar contracts.
• The contractor must provide a statement that the items are commercial, and that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
