Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to perform removal of exterior siding and refurbishment of interior at the London, OH ARSR (QWO) facility. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees, and supervision necessary to perform the work described in the attached Scope of Work and other attachments posted to this announcement. The project includes removal and replacement of damaged, distressed, and discolored ceiling tiles, replacement of up to 10% of the acoustical ceiling panels, and installation of a new pre-engineered metal building. The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and must complete and return the attached forms by the closing date.
