Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking feedback from industry on the CPAR evaluation subfactor criterion used in EPASS Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests. The center is looking for input on whether the current criterion adequately and fairly addresses past performance and if there are ways to improve it. The request for information is open to GSA OASIS+ Small Business Awardees and is not connected to any current or future FOPR releases.
• The CPAR evaluation subfactor criterion is used to assess an offeror's past performance on work samples and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• The government is seeking feedback on the effectiveness of the current criterion and potential improvements.
• The request for information is not a promise to issue a FOPR in the future and does not commit the government to a contract.
