The City of New Albany is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive street‑improvement program in 2026. The scope includes milling and resurfacing of existing pavements, crack sealing, removal and replacement of curbs, sidewalks, and curb ramps, installation of detectable warning surfaces, drainage and storm‑basin work, utility coordination, and extensive traffic‑control planning.
