Description
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is establishing a master supply agreement to purchase new, unused Mossberg 590 A1 Compact 7‑shot shotguns on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that can demonstrate authorized representation for Mossberg firearms. The agreement runs for an initial 12‑month period with up to four one‑year extensions, using the same pricing and terms throughout the term. Bidders must meet delivery within 60 days of each purchase order and accept net‑30 payment terms.
