Description
The Town of Hope Mills Public Works Department is seeking proposals for guardrail repair and replacement services. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of damaged guardrails, installation of new W-beam systems, traffic control, and restoration per NCDOT standards. The project consists of four guardrail locations that require maintenance, repair, and replacement. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing the work by June 30, 2026.
• The project includes removal and disposal of damaged materials, installation and repair of listed sections of guardrails, and installation of butterfly reflective markers.
• The contractor will be allowed to reuse existing guardrail if it is in good condition.
• The use of used posts and guardrail sections will be allowed.
• The work shall be completed by June 30, 2026.
