Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services - General Construction

Dorchester County is seeking qualified firms to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for general construction projects at various locations throughout the county. The selected firm will be responsible for performing an ongoing series of individual projects under the jurisdiction of the county. The contract will be for a base term of one year with four optional one-year renewal terms. The firm will be required to provide a price proposal, construction schedule, list of proposed subcontractors, and other requested documentation for each project. The county intends to award multiple JOC contracts from this RFP process.
