Description
The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs at the Southeast Campus SE-02 facility. The project consists of structural steel and concrete repairs, replacement of deteriorated below-slab sanitary piping, installation of crawlspace ventilation fans, and associated electrical connections. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
• The project is located at 2100 Southeast Parkway in Arlington, Texas.
• The estimated budget for the project is $800,000.00 to $1,100,000.00.
• A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.
• A non-mandatory walk-through is scheduled for Wednesday, April 01, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
• The proposal submission deadline is Friday, April 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
