Description
The USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) requires replacement of water control valves for the A/C plant condenser and testing and repair of the refrigeration system. The work will be performed at the Sasebo Naval Base in Japan. The contractor must have an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total price.
• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
• The contractor must have an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region.
• The contractor must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
• The contract includes clauses related to tax on certain foreign procurements, payment instructions, and contract administration data.
