This Navy solicitation (RFQ N0010426QTC56) seeks qualified contractors to manufacture and deliver “LOWER STEM” metal components in accordance with MIL‑STD‑129 marking, ISO‑9001 quality system, and strict mercury‑free requirements for submarine and surface‑ship applications. The contract will be awarded bilaterally, requires the offeror to be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer, and includes an option for additional quantity exercisable under FAR 52.217‑7.
