The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of military working dogs. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest bid that meets the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The TDCJ reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept or reject all or any part of any bid. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. • The procurement is for military working dogs to be used by the TDCJ. • The contract will be for a fixed period, with the possibility of extension. • The TDCJ reserves the right to inspect and test the dogs before accepting them. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the dogs and guarantee their health and performance. • The TDCJ will not be responsible for any costs or damages incurred by the contractor in the performance of the contract.
