The U.S. Navy is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply new Wiring System Repair Tool Sets (Part 3308AS100‑2, NSN 5935‑01‑467‑9484) for the domestic F/A‑18 E/F & G aircraft program and for an FMS program supporting Kuwait’s F/A‑18 Super Hornet. The contract will be a firm‑price purchase order, with a total quantity of five tool sets (1 domestic, 2 for Kuwait, and an optional 2 additional domestic units). The contractor must hold CMMC Level 2 certification, a valid DD 2345, and ISO‑9001 quality‑system certification, and must comply with IUID marking, packaging, and export‑control requirements. Delivery must occur within 12 months of award, FOB origin, with government final inspection prior to acceptance.
