Description
The Pellston Public Schools is seeking a qualified asphalt paving contractor to resurface the parking lots at the Elementary and Middle/High Schools. The project involves removing 1-1/2” of existing asphalt pavement, repairing damaged areas, and installing a new 2” finish layer with pavement markings. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and inspections, and for any damage caused during construction. The project is expected to be completed within 60 days.
