CUH High Energy Doors Preventative Maintenance

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance services for its high‑energy automatic sliding and swinging doors across the campus. The scope includes bi‑annual inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments, plus an additional comprehensive annual inspection of all covered doors. The contractor must submit a full proposal by the deadline, comply with UT Southwestern’s safety and contractor policies, and be prepared to sign the institution’s Standard Master Services Agreement. The award may be leveraged by other UT System institutions under Texas group‑purchase authority, offering potential volume expansion. • Perform bi‑annual planned maintenance exams (inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust) on covered door equipment. • Conduct one full annual inspection of all automatic sliding and swinging doors. • Deliver inspection reports and address any corrective actions identified. • Comply with fire & life‑safety policy, contractor guidelines, and accept (or negotiate) the Master Services Agreement. • Potential for additional purchases by other UT System campuses under the same contract.
