Aerial Treatment of Red Imported Fire Ants at Fort Bragg, North Carolina FY26

Auburn University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide aerial application of EPA‑registered fire‑ant bait to eradicate red imported fire ants on multiple drop zones across Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contractor will manage all aspects of the operation, including planning, obtaining necessary permits, conducting the aerial treatment, and delivering post‑treatment documentation and GIS data. The effort must be completed within the FY26 window and comply with Army, DoD, and state environmental regulations. • Deliver aerial bait application over ~5,332 acres at a rate of 1.5 lb/acre using GPS‑guided aircraft. • Provide all required licensing (NC pesticide license, pilot certificate), insurance, and safety documentation. • Submit detailed reports, DD‑Form 1532‑1 after each flight, GIS shapefiles, and a final deliverables package by 30 Sept 2026. • Maintain a Prevention‑Based Quality Control Program and coordinate with Auburn University and Army range officials throughout the project.
