Description
The NOAA National Weather Service is seeking a sole‑source vendor to fabricate and deliver five (5) kitted inflation tables (PN: J407‑43008‑10) for upper‑air balloon operations. The contractor must use provided engineering drawings, source all components, assemble the tables, and ship them unassembled to Sterling, VA. The effort includes monthly status meetings, quality control documentation, and a close‑out plan for spare parts and records. The contract will be awarded to the original equipment manufacturer, NVision Solutions Inc., unless competitive responses are received within three days of the notice.
