Description
The Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking to purchase 26 Conduit Assembly, ME units. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The award will be made based on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, lead time, and adherence to part number.
• The contract will require the delivery of 26 Conduit Assembly, ME units to the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its quote.
• The contract will be subject to various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses.
