ITB 26-105 Lake Hearn Drive Sidepath Construction Project

The City of Brookhaven is seeking bids for the Lake Hearn Drive Sidepath Construction Project. The project involves removing approximately 450 linear feet of existing sidewalk and replacing it with an 8-foot wide multiuse sidepath. The work includes demolition, removal, hauling, and disposal of the existing concrete sidewalk, as well as coordination with Georgia Power to move decorative pedestrian street lights. The project also includes grading, compaction, forming, and pouring a new concrete multiuse sidepath, and restoring and installing new sod. Minor repairs to existing curb, gutter, and concrete ADA compliant handicap ramps may be required.
