Description
Midwestern State University is seeking a qualified contractor to fully resurface eight outdoor tennis courts and surrounding concrete areas. The work includes demolition of existing surfaces, crack repair, multi‑coat Laykold resurfacing, line and logo painting, and final cleanup, all to be completed within a tight construction window.
