Description
The solicitation seeks the procurement of eight (8) valve assemblies (brake) for the F‑16 aircraft, including a first‑article test unit and subsequent production units, to be delivered under firm‑fixed‑price terms. The work requires strict compliance with military marking, IUID, packaging, and quality standards, as well as adherence to CMMC Level 1 cybersecurity certification and various Buy‑American and export‑control clauses. Qualified sources are limited to Lockheed Martin and Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, with any other vendor required to submit a qualification package.
• Provide one first‑article (365 days after award) and seven production articles (150 days after award) of the valve assembly (NSN 1630‑01‑087‑0430).
• Must meet MIL‑STD‑130 marking, MIL‑STD‑129 packaging, AS9100 quality, and retain traceability documentation for ten years.
• All deliveries FOB‑origin; final destination Hill AFB, UT and an FMS site (DTW004).
• Compliance with CMMC Level 1, Buy‑American, and export‑control requirements is mandatory.
