Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide a cable sleeve plus, made of material QQ-N-281 Class A Hot Finish, with a minimum yield of 40,000 lb/SQ IN at 0.2% offset. The contractor must provide descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The contractor must also comply with various clauses and provisions, including those related to cybersecurity, export control, and Buy American Act.
