The City of Fontana is seeking qualified contractors to replace and rehabilitate municipal sidewalks, curb & gutter, and ADA curb‑ramps across multiple grid sections of the city. The work includes demolition of existing concrete, installation of new concrete sidewalks (approximately 63,694 sf of 4‑in. sidewalk and 2,123 sf of 6‑in. sidewalk), new curb‑gutter, driveway sections, and ADA‑compliant ramps, plus associated traffic‑control, utility coordination, and storm‑water pollution prevention measures. Bidders must hold a California Class “A” contractor license (or equivalent combination of Class “C” specialty licenses), submit a 10 % bid bond, and provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price.
