Description
The Saint Louis County Government is soliciting bids for the repair of a failing foundation wall at its maintenance office located in Tilles Park. The project includes designing and repairing the foundation wall, and the contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary construction permits and ensuring compliance with building codes. The project is expected to last 4 months, and the total estimated budget is $38,000. The contractor must have 5 years of documented specialized foundation work experience and must have completed at least 20 projects in the St. Louis area in the past 3 years.
• The contractor must provide a project execution schedule and commence work within 15 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly job site and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the workmanship and products used in the project.
• The contractor must comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law and pay the appropriate state prevailing hourly wage rate for any craft or type of worker required to perform the work.
