PSP BESO SERT Rifle Systems and Accessories

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure rifle systems and accessories. The contract duration is 1 year. The PSP requires the delivery of firearms fully factory assembled and duty ready within 120 days after receipt of the purchase order. The bidder must be authorized to sell to Pennsylvania law enforcement and have all required state and federal licensure necessary to sell firearms. • The IFB includes the procurement of rifle systems and accessories such as Geissele Super Duty Mod 1 U, EOTech OGL, Aimpoint Micro T-2, and Unity Tactical FAST Micro. • The bidder must submit a Manufacturers Authorization Letter if they are not the original manufacturer of the equipment being provided. • The bidder must provide a copy of all required state and federal licenses with the bid. • The PSP desires to trade in used firearms as part of the IFB.
