Hydraulic Cylinder Parts, Service, and Repair

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide hydraulic cylinder parts, service, and repair for its equipment, including heavy machinery, fleet vehicles, and specialized municipal tools. The contractor will be required to provide timely service and reliable parts availability to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain operational readiness. The scope of work includes supplying required parts, materials, and hardware, inspecting and assessing bucket condition, replacing worn or damaged components, and picking up and delivering equipment. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing parts and repair services for hydraulic cylinder parts, service, and repair. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform welding and structural repairs. • The contractor must be capable of sourcing and supplying compatible replacement parts. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety requirements. • The contractor must respond to service requests within a reasonable timeframe. • The contractor must be capable of performing both minor and major repairs. • The contractor must return equipment in safe and operable condition. • The contractor must perform all repairs in accordance with industry standards.
