FCC FLORENCE FY 26 QTR 3 BREAD

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO is seeking a vendor to provide bread for delivery to the facility. The acquisition has no set-aside, and the contract type is a firm-fixed price. The government reserves the right to award to responsible vendors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. • The contract must be completed by June 30, 2026 • The government will make payment using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card • Interested parties are required to register in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation • Handwritten bids will be rejected, and bids must be submitted in the attached Excel sheet format
