Winch Test Stand

The Red River Army Depot, Directorate for Contracting is seeking to purchase a Winch Test Stand for Heavy Tactical. The stand should have a 2005-WINCHTEST60HP or equal, with an electric motor of 60hp TEFC 364/5TC 208-230/460, 3 phase, 60 hz 1800 rpm, and a hydraulic pump of 3.19c.i.r. Gear Pump, 3500 psi Continuous Pressure, 23.6 gpm. The stand should also have a directional control valve, two 4500psi shut off valves, an electric fan cooled heat exchanger, and other necessary components. The delivery location is Red River Army Depot, 100 James Carlow Dr., Texarkana, Tx 75507, Bldg. 412E.
