Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing Carpios Ridge Restroom Facility at Trinidad Lake State Park. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the Carpios Ridge Restroom Replacement. The work shall be completed in 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project involves demolishing the existing restroom building, foundation, and sidewalks, and installing a new pre-manufactured vault restroom.
• The new restroom shall meet all ADA requirements and local building code requirements.
• The contractor shall provide a written project schedule and supporting data to the Project Manager as soon as possible after the receipt of the Notice of Award.
• The contractor shall schedule the sequence of construction to consider the delivery of long lead-time items.
