SOLE SOURCE – Sustainment of Near Field Range (NFR) in support of production and repair of UA COMMS system components.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the sustainment of Government Furnished Property (GFP) Near Field Range (NFR) in support of production and repair of UA COMMS system components. The proposed contract action is for the procurement of supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, L3 Technologies, Inc. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because L3 Technologies is the only company with knowledge and experience of maintaining the NFR for use in testing UA COMMS components. • The contract is for the sustainment of Near Field Range (NFR) in support of production and repair of UA COMMS system components. • The proposed contract action is for the procurement of supplies. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, L3 Technologies, Inc. • The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis due to L3 Technologies' unique knowledge and experience.
