Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for the supply and installation of an incinerator. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The incinerator must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov supplier portal. The contract term is not specified, but delivery is of the essence, and the State reserves the right to reject any vendor who cannot make delivery within 20 weeks after receipt of order.
• The contract requires compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the incinerator.
• The State reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal statutes.
• The contractor must not discriminate against any person or entity based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
