Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command is seeking a contractor to repair and modify a display server. The contract will require the contractor to provide a firm-fixed price for the repair of the display server, and the contractor must adhere to the configuration management and packaging requirements specified in the solicitation. The contractor will be required to provide a unique item identifier for the display server and to report certain information at the time of delivery. The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable offeror whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance being considered more important than price.
