Description
The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for a Small Business Set-Aside for the acquisition of a Valve Assembly, National Stock Number (NSN) 4810-01-423-8506. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a one-year buying option. The estimated quantity is 9 units, with a 100% buying option. The contractor must provide a Technical Data Package (TDP) and comply with various regulations, including OPSEC and CUI requirements.
• The contractor must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
• The contractor must comply with the TACOM LCMC OPSEC Standing Operating Procedures (SOP/Plan).
• The contractor must identify an individual who will be an OPSEC Coordinator and ensure that this individual is OPSEC Level I.
• The contractor must submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist, Martina Zook, and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer, Amy Dombrowski.
