Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the replacement of shaft seals. The required items include 12 shaft seals with the NSN 5330 01 618 5248, manufactured by Defense Maritime Solutions, Inc., with part number H32040-01/8. The items must be packaged in an appropriately sized wood panelboard or heavy-duty screwed wooden box, marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and delivered to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. The delivery date should be no later than 9/10/26.
• The contractor must have a valid DUNS number and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide their company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer.
• The contractor must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote.
• The contractor must comply with various FAR clauses, including FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5.
• The contractor must also comply with CGAP clauses, including CGAP 3042.302-90.
