Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a proposal for the acquisition of a New Manufactured Material J85 Rotor, Compressor, AI, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 2840-01-630-9064 OK. The requested quantity range is between 125 and 748 units. The solicitation is currently sole source to General Electric Company. The proposal should include pricing and delivery information in accordance with the terms and conditions of Commercial BOA: SPE4A1-22-G-0010. The following clauses are applicable: DFARS 252.211-7003, DFARS 252.209-7010, and FAR 52.219-9.
• The requested delivery date is on or before 31 October 2028.
• The inspection and acceptance will be performed at the origin.
• The quality assurance will be in accordance with Higher Level Contract Quality.
• The Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program are applicable.
• The proposal should be submitted by 20 July 2026 at 4:00 PM Central Time.
