The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to acquire Motorola D‑Series two‑way radio equipment and related hardware under the Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract. Only contractors who already hold a Master Contract (BPO #606B7400088) may submit a bid. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by October 6, 2026 2:00 PM EST. Questions are due by September 29, 2026. The award will go to the most advantageous offer based primarily on price. The contractor must be an authorized Motorola reseller, provide a Letter of Authorization, include MSRP screenshots, and certify that all equipment is new and unused.
