Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and set up of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom replacement mobile home in Sequoyah County. The project must be completed within 45 work days, and the contractor must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, material, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder.

• Demolition and disposal of the existing home
• Set up of the new 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom mobile home
• Completion of the project within 45 work days
