RFB - (1) Vehicle Lift

The County of Colusa is seeking a single heavy‑duty, four‑post vehicle lift (minimum 30,000 lb capacity) and a compatible rolling jack for its Transit Agency, including removal of the existing lift, delivery, installation, and warranty documentation. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by December 7, 2026, and the vendor must complete delivery and installation within three months of a purchase order. The contract will be awarded based primarily on price, product quality, and vendor capability. • One (1) new four‑post vehicle lift with anti‑sway, six‑position lock, pneumatic release, and fold‑down ramps • One (1) RJ15 (or equivalent) rolling jack, minimum 15,000 lb capacity • Removal and disposal of existing lift, delivery, assembly, anchoring, hydraulic oil fill, manuals, and training • Lump‑sum bid required; no conditional bids accepted • Delivery and installation to be completed ≤ 3 months after PO issuance • Bids due Dec 7, 2026 4:00 PM; questions due Nov 30, 2026 2:00 PM • Evaluation based on price, product quality, and vendor’s ability to meet specifications
