Description
The United States Air Force is seeking information from interested parties to support the continuation of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP). The program provides a responsive, global force multiplier for commanders and government agencies, supporting contingencies both within the contiguous United States and outside. The AFCAP contract mechanism contains the capability to provide contingency planning, deploying, and training/equipping of forces, and emergency/contingency construction, logistics/commodities, and sustainment services. The program is looking to establish large business capability to support high-dollar contingencies, natural disasters, and humanitarian assistance support, as well as engagement with small businesses to support smaller scale contingencies and backfill of deployed military personnel for base operating support.

• Providing rapid solutions in design/construction, service contracts, and logistics/commodities
• Supporting a broad range of worldwide missions, including global disorder contingencies, humanitarian or peacekeeping operations, and disasters
• Maintaining the capacity and capability to rapidly provide resources and management to support these missions
• Employing sound business practices that emphasize efficiency, innovation, and cost-effectiveness
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity
• Implementing a comprehensive human trafficking prevention program
• Providing cybersecurity awareness training to all personnel
