Description
The Oahe IDCC Road Maintenance 2026 project involves road maintenance work, including earthwork, aggregate material, concrete work, crack sealing, asphalt seal and fog coats, hot mix asphalt, asphalt pothole repair, pavement markings, seed and sodding, cold milling bituminous pavements, geotextile fabric, and storm drainage utilities. The project includes a basic year and two option years. The bid schedule includes various items with estimated quantities and unit prices.
• Earthwork: estimated quantities of 100-499 CY and over 500 CY
• Aggregate Material: estimated quantities of 1,000 tons for gravel surfacing, aggregate base course, fine aggregate, and crushing asphalt mix material
• Concrete Work: estimated quantities of 800 square feet for pavement and 100 feet for straight curb
• Crack Sealing: estimated quantities of 20,000 feet for asphalt and 500 feet for concrete
• Asphalt Seal and Fog Coats: estimated quantities of 10,000 square yards for asphalt surface treatment, flush seal, and fog seal
• Hot Mix Asphalt: estimated quantities of 400 tons for pave gravel surface and overlay paved surface
• Asphalt Pothole Repair: estimated quantities of 400 square feet for asphalt patch
• Pavement Markings: estimated quantities of 10,000 feet for shoulder striping, 5,000 feet for centerline striping, and 300 feet for parking area striping
• Seed and Sodding: estimated quantities of 300 square yards for seeding, sodding, and erosion blanket
• Cold Milling Bituminous Pavements: estimated quantities of 2,500 square yards for asphalt milling and full depth reclamation
• Geotextile Fabric: estimated quantities of 100 square yards for supplied in place
• Storm Drainage Utilities: estimated quantities of 30 feet for 18" CMP culvert and 24" CMP culvert
