Forrest Health Landscaping Bid

Forrest Health is seeking a vendor to provide landscape maintenance services for various locations. The contract is expected to begin on August 1, 2026, and will follow a schedule outlined in the bid document. The vendor will be responsible for mowing, edging, blowing off, shrub maintenance, debris removal, and other services as specified. The bid document includes a list of locations that require landscape maintenance, including Forrest General Hospital, South Parking, North Parking, and other areas. • The vendor must provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance with the bid. • The vendor must register with Forrest Health's authorized Vendor Credentialing Program, Green Security. • The vendor must comply with the requirements of the Mississippi Employment Protection Act (E-Verify Program). • The vendor must ensure that its on-site staff have been drug screened no more than thirty (30) days prior to beginning the on-site assignment. • The vendor must establish procedures and ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal statutes, including the Stark Law, the federal False Claims Act, and the Medicare Anti-kickback Statutes.
